And I for an Eye

Of this crumbling home
Esteemed the human body
The eyes are the ones
In which beauty and grace
Does not wither with age
And who could foresee
To expect of that, from that that beholds
The world’s horror

And rage
That our limbs do break
And as does the heart
But the organs of sight
Can avoid all of this
In all of its glory
And all of its might
